Motor Claims Handler
Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working with our Belfast City Centre Client who are a Global Insurance Company, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join their expanding team

Responsibilities

Managing the customer`s motor claims journeyNegotiate Motor Insurance Claims - fleet haulage and marine transportExcellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claimsProvide input and advice to clients on claims progress, manage expectations and support needs.Escalate claims to Account Executives or Senior Management in accordance with referral triggers.Set up first advice and managing subsequent interactions with clients and insurersAssist with the audit of client`s claims statistics and provision of summary reports and analysis.Meet the agreed standards of service, volumes and performance levels, in line with KPIs.Full claims process, first notification to final settlementEnsure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systemsWorking with Motor / Third Party Property Damage Claims


Criteria:

Proven experience within motor claimsStrong communication skills - verbal and writtenPreferred to have CII Qualification or working towards it ( not essential)Competent in Microsoft Office.


Salary will depend on background and based on experience

After training there is an option for hybrid working - one day per week from home.
