Motor Recoveries Supervisor We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigator to join a thriving motor recoveries team based in the heart of either Manchester or Liverpool. Responsibilities: · Supervise and mentor a team of motor recovery specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. · Oversee the management of a diverse caseload of motor recovery claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality legal advice and ensuring their needs are met. · Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the motor recoveries team. · Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies. Qualifications: Essential · Strong experience in motor recoveries, with a proven track record of managing complex recovery claims. RTA litigation experience will be considered. · Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to case management. · Client-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
