Responsibilities + Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers looking to purchase Harley-Davidson Motorclothes and accessories. + Assist customers in finding the perfect gear based on their riding style, preferences, and safety needs. + Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technology, and product knowledge related to Harley-Davidson Motorclothes. + Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible for customers. + Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options. + Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets and goals. + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and a positive shopping experience. Requirements + 1 year minimum previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry. + Knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the Motorclothes line. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
