Ford Performance is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Motorsports Powertrain Design Engineer to join our Global Motorsports department. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, developing cutting edge powertrains to race around the world.  This is a hybrid position located in either Dearborn, Michigan or Concord, North Carolina.

You'll have...

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or similar related engineering field3+ years of engine and/or driveline design and/or development experience3+ years of experience in Computer Aided Design, preferably CATIA V5Strong communication skills and competency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong overall knowledge of vehicle and powertrain functionsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities (machining, fabrication, casting, etc)
