Mould Repair Semiskilled Operator (Days & Afters) Doncaster Plant Role description To continuously evaluate, develop & monitor essential Mould Shop systems for continuous improvement Responsibilities: Ensuring that all relevant equipment is cleaned and available when required. Transferring mould equipment within the Plant using Pallet Trucks / FLT (license required). Inspecting & maintaining ancillary equipment. Preparing Job Changes. Undertake a simple & effective Job Off inspection procedure. Assist to develop & monitor all Mould Shop procedures. Participate continuous improvement projects – technical / hygiene / 5’s etc. Required skills / qualifications: FLT Licence, advantage but not required Good Standard of numeracy and literacy Skills Good Communication and Teamwork skills Personal Drive and Self Confidence Initiative and ability to manage own workload What we offer Salary Minimum £31,368 - £37,706 Maximum  Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions Days - Mon to Thurs 7 am – 2 pm Friday 7am – 1:30pm, Afters - Mon – Thurs 1:30pm – 9pm Friday 1:30pm to 8pm, plus 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory holidays An environment where we support the development and progression of our employees, tailored to the individual’s aspirations and business opportunities Health and wellbeing initiatives, such as Occupational Health and cycle to work scheme Family friendly policies and Company Sick Pay, after qualifying period
