We are on the lookout for passionate, hard-working team players to join our dynamic production team. As an Mounting Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.
In This Role\nOrganize and process orders to ensure smooth workflow\nMaintain and service department equipment, including wall cutters, heat presses, and laminators, ensuring they are in optimal condition before and after use\nMeasure and cut foamboard, matte boards, and deckle paper to exact specifications \nUpdate order statuses in a timely manner to track progress\nFollow all company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment \nMaintain high-quality standards throughout the production process\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalency required\nManufacturing or assembly line experience preferred\nProficiency in reading a tape measure and performing basic math \nStrong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our products \nExperience using hand and power tools and equipment \nPhysical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, and reaching for 8-10 hours per day \nFlexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands\n
