What is a Move Coordinator to us?
We are looking for someone with previous Household goods moving experience, who is highly motivated, sales and customer service focused team player, to be a part of our Relobility department supporting private clients to relocate their household goods across the globe.
The Move Manager provides the highest standard of service to our private moving customers in managing the relocation of their household goods, ensuring a positive perception of the company and its services, and securing good feedback. You will liaise with both internal and external parties to coordinate household goods moves and ensure clients personal belongings reach their destination on time and to the highest standard.
What you will do
You will be responsible for both Inbound and Outbound moves from the UK supporting and liaising with customers directly on their specific needs and requirements. Excellent feedback from Customers and other Crown offices will be a key measurable in this role to determine success.
The main responsibilities of a Move Manager are:
• Interact with customers, service partners and agents to communicate and supply relevant information regarding the move
• Maximise and upsell of all sales/insurance opportunities available to the customer
• Liaise internally with other parts of the Crown organisation to ensure a successful move
• Understand and support the resolution of any relocation issues arising for the customer
• Build rapport to better understand the clients requirements
• Updating relevant systems to ensure all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed relating to the move including invoicing and job costing
• Adhere to the companies ‘reply within 24 hours’ policy on all communications
About you
You will have a strong sales and customer service background, and proven ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders and experience in customer counselling roles.
With a well-developed administrative and organisational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills with an awareness of cultural sensitivity.
Proficiently in Microsoft office; including Outlook, word and Excel is essential.
Ideally you will have experience within the household goods moving industry, but this is not a deal breaker.
