**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Moves Associate Technician, you will, under the direction of the Occupancy Planning Manager, provide day to day operations of MACS (Moves, Adds & Changes) services, furniture repairs, furniture lock/ key replacements.
Responsible for maintaining MAC and Space planning best practices, and will improve internal practices by training, collecting, and analyzing lessons learned.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform day to day operations and delivery of MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) move project services, lock and key replacements, furniture repairs, furniture moves, and small construction projects, at all three Massachusetts locations (Waltham, Framingham, and Cambridge).
+ Maintain MAC self- perform (Moves, Adds & Changes) best practices and continuously improve internal practices by training and collecting, analyzing and reporting lessons learned
+ Provide back up to the Occupancy Planning team where needed in providing and implementing of move coordination and delivery of small construction projects successfully to the customer while minimizing all risk to CBRE and the customer.
+ Ensure all punch list work is completed in a timely manner and that it does not interfere with the client’s ability to occupy the space.
+ Provide excellent service during moves, set-up, and clean-up.
+ Communicate with supervisor regarding issues
+ Complete assigned tasks, reports, and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
+ Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise
+ Maintainin a professional, courteous and positive attitude with customers, co-workers and self at all times
+ Understand and meet deadlines and customer expectations
+ Maintain company procedures and policies at all times
+ Push furniture, equipment and cartons on wheels to and from trucks, offices and warehouses as requested by the customer.
+ Assist in loading and offloading trucks and setting & offsetting lab equipment.
+ Responsible to produce a quality move for the customer.
+ Assist the move process by communicating with supervisors, the end users/customer and other crew members.
+ Obtain daily work assignments from supervisor and stays in work assignment until relieved.
+ Perform work with quality, efficiency and safety at all times.
+ And all other duties as assigned based on business needs.
+ Other duties may be assigned, as needed or warranted, by management.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Valid US drivers license
+ Experience in assembling/disassembling furniture systems preferred
+ Experience in basic furniture repairs (ex- arm/caster/pneumatic cylinder replacements on chairs)
+ Ability to safely move up to 75 lbs.
+ Ability to communicate in the English language in both speech and writing
+ Ability to carry out goals and instructions and to follow through on assignments
+ Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk frequently
+ Demonstrate a customer focus

· CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Moves Associate Technician position is $40,000 annually [or $19.23 per hour] and the maximum salary is $50,000 annually [or $24.03 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
