DescriptionDescriptionThe Moves & Events Coordinator will provide logistical and strategic support for the facilities Moves/Add/Changes (MAC) program. This role ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, office moves, and workplace changes. This individual will focus on running the MAC calendar, maintaining databases, and establishing strong communication within the team. We are seeking a highly motivated great teammate who can balance administrative responsibilities with on-site field support. - Schedule events with stakeholders, oversee calendars, and handle event bookings. - Coordinate the logistics for large office moves and lab equipment moves. - Oversee furniture layouts and venue set-ups and support the campus event supplies. - Support the operations of standard furniture repairs and daily work orders. - Create and maintain detailed databases, Keynotes, and SOPs to track all aspects of the MAC program. - Implement basic program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Provide administrative and on-site support to a multi-functional moves & events team, adding leadership and direction for the staff. - Communicate and collaborate with key business partners such as global security, environmental health & safety, catering, AV teams, and janitorial services. - Must be comfortable using interpersonal skills interfacing with all levels of the organization while working cross-functionally on a variety of tasks and projects. - Uphold regulatory safety standards to align with Apple best practices and guidelines. - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the fulfillment of work requests. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $25.10 and $37.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
