Job Description:

Job Purpose

Use planning tool/system on BAU MPS operation.Manage the MPS for Taicang plant short-term orders and long-term forecast with existing facilities’ capacity, balance demand and plant OEE to fulfil supply activity.

Key Accountabilities:

Review RCCP based on 6 months rolling forecastCollect related data for local produced finish goods to maintain planning tool for further digital tool running for capacity.Manage weekly order confirm process, coordinate raw material, package team and plant scheduler together for final decision on week production plan. highlight the production priority for each channel in detailed scheduling.Handle order amendment process, rush orders each week, based on the different scenarios to give proposal and communicate with DRP planners to align the suitable solution with the lowest cost.Coordinate for quality issue happen during production, teamwork with QC, DRP and production to meet supply but without any quarantine stock, follow up until case final close.Chairman for monthly supply and demand balance meeting, planning representative for plant LT meeting.Analysis on PSA, capacity bottle neck, CI with production on OEE improvement, follow up with plant maintenance team for project which will have capacity impact.Cooperate with NPI team to manage the proper product phase in/out with minimum obsolete material.Cooperate with supply planning and logistics team to optimize the production/transportation scheduling and meet the customer demand requirement with minimum cost.Maintain good cooperation with intercompany and external 3rd party, support on partial 3rd party production handling.Support plant audit activity, internal audit and customer audit.

Requirements:

Education

University Graduate in Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent with substantial experience in the lubricants, CPG or chemical industry, with the functional and leadership skills and capability in demand or supply planning.Languages: English & Chinese – Fluent

Experience

Min. 8 years supply chain operational experience.In-depth understanding of demand/supply planning process/system etc.Strong leadership skills, specifically showing a wide range of interpersonal skills applicable in different situations with internal peers and networks within organizations.Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.CPIM certification is a plus.
