Serco is seeking a experienced MPT Task support Training Coordinator to serve the International Small Combatants Program Office (PMS 525), within PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) in Mayport, FL.
This position is contingent upon you ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance. This position is also contingent upon contract award*
The Training Coordinator will be expected to support a wide variety of training systems including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. The Training Coordinator will oversee and coordinate communications between foreign customer, professional mariner crew, training and familiarization events. Collect, analyze and assess data and prepare and brief reports to Crew Integration Leadership.
The Training Coordinator serves as an on-site representative at PMS 525 Program Office. Interacts with Training Site Lead and senior level stakeholders from the requisite Foreign Militaries and other government agencies to coordinate, communicate and address Manpower Personnel and Training (MPT) issues.
In this role you will:
Analyze training pipelines, recommending program improvements as well as analyzing crewing strategy changes that result from shifts in policy to recommend changes to the training infrastructure, crewing plans, and crew delivery schedules.Provide advice and guidance to an integrated multi-disciplinary team of government civilians and contractors, providing overall design direction and management to ensure the development, delivery, coordination, integration and issue of policy and functional guidance for PMS 525’s Training Facility and programs.Review proposed training schedule revisions provided by other activities to determine their efficacy and recommend the strategies to implement program improvements.Provide schedule development support. Post Delivery schedule will include underway and in-port test, trials, foreign customer crew training and maintenance periods. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of applicable work experience in program management and technical analysis for the integration of MPT/FIT requirements for the USN shipbuilding programs to include FEAs, ROC/POE, PSMDs, CSPP validations, and Training Plans.Educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for 15 years of work experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. (post employment)Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.Experience working with DoD Instructions pertaining to training services through the US Foreign Military Sales system and the delivery of training services to US Foreign Government Customers.Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.
