Serco is seeking a experienced Training Site Lead to serve International Small Combatants Program Office (PMS 525), within PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) in Mayport, FL.

 

*This position is contingent upon contract award*

 

The Training Site Lead will be expected to support a wide variety of analytical projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. The Analyst will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. 


The Training Site Lead serves as the PMS 525 Program Office on-site representative. Interacts with senior level stakeholders from the requisite Foreign Militaries and other government agencies to address and resolve Manpower Personnel and Training (MPT) issues.

 

In this role you will:

Analyze training pipelines, recommending program improvements as well as analyzing crewing strategy changes that result from shifts in policy to recommend changes to the training infrastructure, crewing plans, and crew delivery schedules.Track and support development analyses for MMSC or other FMS Case training concepts Providing advice and guidance to the management team in the development of long range MPT/HSI plans and strategies.Review proposed training schedule revisions provided by other activities to determine their efficacy and recommend the strategies to implement program improvements.Advise/support design, development, and analysis of key performance metrics to determine positive and negative trends in MPT product delivery by both industry and government teams.Advise/support the Foreign Military Crew training management (classroom, schedule, equipment, etc.).Coordinate with NAVFAC to manage the facility and to resolve all maintenance and building issues.Experience interfacing with NETSAFA and its subsidiaries Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience conducting cost analysis, financial management, execution, tracking, and program analysisEducational requirements may be adjusted or waived for 15 years of work experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. (post employment)Experience interfacing with Naval Education and Training Command Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) and its subsidiaries.Experience working with DoD Instructions pertaining to training services through the US Foreign Military Sales system and the delivery of training services to US Foreign Government Customers.Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers. Ability to travel 25%
