**Job Description Summary**
The MR Clinical Application Manager is responsible for managing, training, and developing both direct and indirect clinical application specialists in the MR modality, with the primary goal of providing clinical training to GEHC customers in the education and operation of their imaging equipment. This role also includes supporting the team when they are in field and providing clinical support for the modality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Execute training plans for the clinical team to help them develop skills that will make them drive customers for high performance using GEHC technology.
+ Manage operational metrics for the education team, including training and development, T&L reports, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
+ Support the creation of educational clinical content for our customers, especially big accounts.
+ Assist in evaluating and resolving customer complaints and issues related to the functionality of their equipment.
+ Maintain close contact with product, commercial, and services teams to develop educational solutions for GEHC clients.
+ Partner with the commercial team to attract, retain, and maintain strategic clients through clinical education.
+ Accompany and evaluate the team in the field for training purposes.
+ Stay up to date with GEHC clinical technology to provide fieldwork and clinical support to clients when necessary.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Academic background in radiology, diagnostic imaging, biomedicine, or medical physics.
+ Comfortable working in a clinical and patient-care medical environment.
+ Strong interpersonal, customer service, and management skills.
+ Demonstrated technical and clinical expertise necessary for operating equipment in a clinical-hospital setting.
+ Minimum of 5 years of clinical/technical experience operating MR equipment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and team-oriented, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
+ Ability to work in high-pressure settings, with integrity as a core value.
+ Availability for extensive travel across Latin America.
+ Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
+ Advanced proficiency in English.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
