Qualifications:
Education
Required\tCompletion of American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) approved Radiologic Technology Program, or an MRI-specific curriculum.
Preferred\tBachelor's Degree with MRI Safety Officer Certification (MRSO)
Credentials/Licensure
Required\tCurrently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
MRI certification. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Certification or re-certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within three months of hire.
Related Experience
Required\tThree or more years' experience as a staff technologist in specific imaging modality.
Preferred\tThree to five years of supervisory experience in a Radiology imaging modality.

Ability to hear speech, distinguish sounds, speak loudly and softly, and utilize near/far vision, fine motor skills, manual dexterity, depth perception, and color distinction. Position Details:
Primarily days with some nights, weekend and holiday call and coverage. Full-time 40 hours per week, 8-hour days.Full Time Day shift, 8 hour shifts primarily days but may require some night, weekend or on-call coverageFollows established procedures and guidelines while performing a wide variety of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examinations. Produces high quality diagnostic images. Helps maintain an orderly and clean work environment and, on occasion, performs routine clerical tasks.
