The Technologist assumes responsibility for the safety of their patients and colleagues in their designated work area and takes corrective action when necessary to maintain such safety. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Satisfactory completion of at least one of the following AMA approved programs: + Radiologic Technology program + Nuclear Medicine program + Diagnostic Ultrasound program + Radiation Therapy Program **Preferred/Optional:** None **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** None **Preferred/Optional:** Two years’ experience in any field of Diagnostic Imaging. Experience in cross-section anatomy preferred. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
