Performs all MRI procedures with a caring, professional attitude and attention to detail. Prepares scans for interpretation by preparing the patient, obtaining appropriate clinical histories, scanning indicated anatomy, filming patient's scans and submitting work to the radiologist.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training - Specific training in MRI procedures.     Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging upon hire or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT) 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
