The MRI Technologist will perform quality MRI images per physician’s orders while providing excellent service to patients.
This is a part-time (0.2 FTE) position working every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm out our Plymouth location. The schedule may additionally include some time spent supporting our Brooklyn Park location. We are open to someone willing to work a 0.1 FTE (8 hours bi-weekly, every other Sunday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm).

Essential Functions: Perform MRI procedures in close proximity to super conducting magnet on designated portions of the body for physicians’ use in diagnosing and treating illness or injury Inform and prepare patients for procedures including researching implanted devices Maintain patient files, including internal and external films Prepare, clean and stock work area with supplies Coordinates equipment maintenance and repair Maintains the necessary precautions for excessive radiofrequency exposure May include IV contrast administration as needed Any and all other duties as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements:
Graduate of an ARRT or ARMRIT approved program ARRT Certification Magnetic Resonance, ARMRIT Certified, or a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in an MRI department required.Benefits & Compensation:
Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. A $4,000 sign-on bonus will be offered, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Work in a high magnetic field up to 1.5 Tesla. Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines. Complete job required training.
