As an MRO Crib Attendant, you will manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of maintenance materials and supplies, support inventory accuracy through SAP transactions and reporting, assist with procurement activities, and help drive continuous improvement in material control processes. This is a direct-hire opportunity, with employment beginning directly with our client on day one.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident to be considered for this role Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Strong technical knowledge of SAP software, supply chain management, material flow, and manufacturing/production processes, including raw materials, quality control, and cost control - preferred Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, with the ability to assess and ensure regulatory compliance - preferred Proven skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis - preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and planning skills - preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment - preferred Proficient in computer systems and barcode scanning devices; strong reading, writing, and math abilities - preferred Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime, and ability to obtain a power vehicle license if needed Knowledge of Rolls-Royce Solutions America products, policies, and procedures - preferred What You’ll Do As An MRO Crib Attendant Prepare and supply materials to support Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) within the MRO Crib area Manage and lead processes for item additions, material changes, and obsolescence, including photographing items, uploading documentation in SAP, and maintaining accurate bin assignments Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing contents against manifests, invoices, and orders; work with Buyers and vendors to resolve discrepancies Read, interpret, and create standard work instructions and maintenance work order documents Perform all aspects of receiving, storing, issuing, and returning non-production materials, including fluids, using SAP transactions Prepare goods for storage and maintain accurate inventory counts for stock and non-stock items utilizing SAP Collaborate with the MRO Crib Buyer on procurement activities and product expediting Execute Reservation processes, including running reports, managing pick tickets, and issuing materials Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions following standard material management practices Organize, develop, and lead the implementation of new material control processes to improve cycle times Provide training to personnel according to the departmental training matrix. Run and distribute monthly SAP reports detailing usage and spend for each department Assist end-users in obtaining vendor quotes for required materials and services Run weekly Stock Out reports for the MRO Crib and follow up on delinquent items Support maintenance by running weekly discrepancy reports for MRO Crib materials tied to work orders Track, manage, and dispose of expired and non-moving materials physically and in SAP Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies through SAP transactions Conduct SAP goods movements and track Capital Assets, including the installation and dismantling of assets through the Plant Maintenance module Facilitate the repair process for capital assets requiring service Support and coordinate maintenance activities for the Aiken pool car fleet Perform special projects and maintain flexibility to provide support in materials, production, and non-production areas as needed Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment Foster a strong compliance culture by adhering to the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct and promoting ethical practices within the area of responsibility
