**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Implement plans to achieve aggressive growth targets with direct clients and assigned channel partners.
+ Manage territory through effective prospecting, funnel management and account planning, effectively managing resources by prioritizing efforts to maximize profitable growth.
+ Conduct regular business reviews and visits aimed at understanding drivers of current performance along with necessary corrective actions, and at devising mutual growth plans to achieve our joint sales targets.
+ Maintain close working relationships with assigned distributors to keep abreast of customer needs, price/volume information, competitive activities, and industry trends.
+ Establish close relationships at mid -high level key channel partners, current and potential customers; able to gain direct access to and effectively collaborate with the customers’ key decision makers.
+ Leverage SFDC processes and tools to properly communicate efforts to the key stakeholders in the organization.
+ Actively manage contracts and pricing at accounts.
+ Promote, support and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & COMPETENCIES:**
+ BS degree or equivalent, plus 5 years sales experience handling indirect channels, **specifically MRO** Experience in an industrial product and marketplace.
+ Strong acumen and experience with engaging with MRO accounts to drive growth.
+ 5+ years of industry or sales experience in composites, plastics, and adhesives with proven progression record preferred.
+ Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in B2B business.
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and implement a growth strategy.
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills - ability to make strategic and operational decisions.
+ Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required; able to speak effectively before groups of customers.
+ Strong contract management and negotiation skills
+ Familiarity with the popular Microsoft products, proficient in MS Office.
+ Valid driver’s license is required.
+ Should live within reasonable commuting distance to a major airport.
+ Ability to travel 35%.
**Compensation Information:**
The salary for this role is $85,500-131,658. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
