MRPC Make – Assembly & Test
Indianapolis, IN
As the MRPC Make - Assembly & Test, you will be working with manufacturing to create and implement a plan that meets the customer requirements. You will work closely with all of the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure that materials are available for production when needed to support plans. You will also work with ERP systems to schedule and manage deliveries.

Key Accountabilities:
Working with manufacturing to create and implement a credible plan that meets customer requirementsEnsuring all materials available for production via system scheduling and by working closely with supply chain groupsWorking with SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse ManagementFollow WIP Cycle Count and floor store count process to maintain system accuracy of material ensuring timely transactions of any discrepanciesMaintaining ERP systems with robust and credible data that creates suitable supply elements that support the delivery of the customer demands/requirementsManaging deliveries, as well as making balanced business decisions under trying and ambiguous circumstancesBasic Requirements:
An Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations environment OR;A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain or Operations with 2+ years of experienceIn lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations environmentTo be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA CitizenshipPreferred Requirements:
SAP and/or MRP System Planning experienceFamiliarity with load and capacity and Bills of Materials (BOM’s)Union environment experiencePioneer the next generation of innovation.
