About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a MS 365 Administrator (SME) to join us. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Planner, and other collaborative tools.Provide site collection administration for MS SharePoint and MS Teams, managing configurations, permissions, and security compliance.Ensure 99.9% availability for on-premise and Azure-hosted Microsoft 365 services.Act as a liaison to Government management, coordinating with Teams and SharePoint Services Team management on operational updates and issues.Analyze and optimize Microsoft 365 application performance, ensuring seamless integration within CDC’s infrastructure.Provide expert support for escalated incidents, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, updates, and best practices to ensure operational continuity and improvement. Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

 Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.8-10 Years of experience 

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
