We are now looking for a MS Automated Operations Engineer professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

 

What you will do!

 

Performing continuous service, status and performance monitoring to proactively detect possible failures and act upon them to ensure 1st level restauration and recoveryDaily preventive checks on the Business Support systems.Daily reportsMonitoring and primary analysis of daily/monthly flows, processes, and alarms.Check availability of the applications. Act upon when issues occur in a timely manner.Analyze and solve standard problems and events in the area of work area based on the existing procedures and in case the procedures are missing or are incomplete notify the proper BackOfficeIncidents lifecycleTicket handling
 

You will bring
 

Technical degree (IT, Telecom)Unix/Linux OS basic command line experience entry levelShell (sh) scripting experience or other scripting languages - entry levelSQL basic commandsManage instructions & proceduresApplying expertise & technologyWork experience with similar Business Support systems is a plusFluent English (spoken and written)Italian speaker (Nice to have/ willing to learn)Other competences: communication skills, attention to details, problem solving attitude, ability to work in a dynamic environment
