As an MS D365 Finance and Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
Your future duties and responsibilities:1. Business partnering
• Partnering with various business/ function and key finance users to gather financial requirements and data.
• Participate in core strategy and design discussion to ensure the design meet the user's requirements and best in class.
2. Manage the documentation of processes
• Ensure process maps are clearly defined.
• Share best practices across the region and incorporate these into process maps.
3. Clear communication with the regions/businesses
• Using variety of communication modes e.g. face-to-face meetings, conference calls to clearly articulate the objectives and purposes.
• Share and transfer knowledge through the conduct and facilitation of trainings.
• Minimum combined 10 years of experience on Accounting & Controlling (i.e. GL, AP, AR, Bank, reporting & etc.) with Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012 or D365 F&O.
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles & standard, as well as, the core finance module processes and challenges.
• Minimally a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with Professional Accounting Certification.
• Candidate should have Professional Accounting Certificate (e.g. CPA/CA/etc.) with hands-on in various Accounting & Finance tasks and ERP applications such as Microsoft AX / D365 / SAP / etc. in a multi-entities, multi-countries environment.
• Good network and strong change management skills. Able to influence others, to act as a change agent, and to help the region to rollout the ERP.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Prior exposure to finance system project environment, working with virtual and multicultural teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate in a second language will be an advantage
• Energetic and has a positive attitude
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Good interpersonal skills
• Analytical, detailed, meticulous and organized
• Demonstrates business acumen ability to relate to the business needs and environment
• Results oriented and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment

• Drive gaps analysis for (as-is vs. to-be)
• Able to map business requirements into ERP terminology, setup and functionality
• Able to translate business requirements into Functional Specifications
• Participate in System Integration Testing and Validation
• Create & maintain process & procedure documentation
• Drive User Acceptance Testing, Key User training & Cutover activities
• Implement Group SOPs, Financial Controls and Best practices
• Assist users in issue resolution, and facilitate change management
• Able to travel and work in shift to support various region time-zones
• Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week at the client's office in Alabang on a mid-shift schedule
