Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CRM Specialist responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role involves leveraging deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and cloud technologies to develop, deploy, and manage scalable solutions within cloud environments.

Role & Responsibilities

* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
* Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical specifications and system designs.

Skills & Qualifications

* At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, configuration, and deployment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other CRM tools for data migration and integration.
* Skilled in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse and integrating it with Office 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and MS Teams.Apply
