MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM Developer [For Pooling]
Position Description:

CGI PH is looking for MS Dynamics professionals with experience in Customer Engagement or CRM Development. Become a solid source of information in your area of expertise.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• This would include having significant to expert knowledge in two or more of the Dynamics CRM/CE technical skills that may include but are not limited to:
a. Development
i. Debugging
ii. Customization
b. Architecture
c. Security
d. Visual Studio Integration
e. SQL
f. Performance optimization
g. Azure & Cloud
• Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training session for more junior members.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to his teams’ knowledge and experiences.
• Co-team with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
• Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications
• Complete/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work
• Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of:
a. Incident Management
b. Problem Management
c. Service Requests
d. Change Management
• Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
• Manage development designs and projects to meet project and customer required time lines.
• Communicate with client professionally either through phone or e-mail.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and .NET development using VB.NET, C#, JS, and SQL
• Work directly with the lead developer and customers to assist in developing and deploying Dynamics CRM 365 solutions in the Azure platform.
• Deep understanding of CRM Customer Service or Marketing Module
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in customizing and creating CRM entities and processes.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment with shifting priorities.
• Good understanding of CRM capabilities, architecture, and ability to determine the best approach as to when to employ out-of-the-box configurations vs. custom development.
• Experience in developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server DB
• Good in troubleshooting, quickly identifying the root cause of defects and resolving them
• Excellent communication skills in English – both in spoken and written
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills (detail-oriented)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in Taguig on either mid or night-shit.
