Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CE Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions
using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to meet our business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics CE, expertise in customization and integration,
and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to address specific business requirements and enhance user experience. Customization: Customize Dynamics CE entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to align with business processes and requirements. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics CE and other systems or applications using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Dynamics CE applications and integrations. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and efficient operation. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver effective solutions. Testing: Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and user expectations. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams to facilitate effective use of Dynamics CE. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) are a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CE Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customization, and development. Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure services is a plus. Familiarity with Dynamics CE SDK, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL. Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics CE customization tools, including the Power Platform. Ability to write and debug JavaScript code for form scripting and client-side logic. Experience with web services, API integrations, and data migration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Experience with: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules. Knowledge of: Best practices in Dynamics CE development and deployment. Certifications: Advanced certifications related to Dynamics 365 CE development or architecture.
