Cloud and Network Services
Cloud and Network Services, include the existing Nokia Software business (excluding Mobile Networks network management), Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its current Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Job Responsibilities & Competencies
ALARM and Fault management of Core , IP , Radio network Working experience on incident management is preferred. Alarm Management and Fault management Core , IP , Radio network Hands on troubleshooting experience within CS Core/IP/Radio network. Working Knowledge of and of these; Core CS: NOKIA legacy, E///, Mavenir, Oracle, Mobilium IP : Sandvine, Cisco, HP, etc Radio : 2G/3G NOKIA, 4G Samsung, 2G/3G/4G/5G E/// OSS: E///, NOKIA, Samsung, etc Trouble Ticket handling Knowledge of GSM MAP, SMPP, SIP, Diameter, SS7 and SIGTRAN (SCTP, M2PA, M3UA), SCCP, TCAP, ISUP, SNMP and HTTP Knowledge of IP Routing and forwarding ( BGP, ISIS, OSFP etc). Phone Call answering and Support as per Work Instruction · Ongoing Network status monitoring, including planned work & taking specific action · Ongoing monitoring of performance alarms and performance dashboards and react accordingly as per Work Instruction Create, update, escalate ticket to FM L1 team within SLA/OLA Book In /out of field & L2 engineers on Tickets and changes Constantly notify End Customer the status and final resolution Identify tickets that have a risk of exceeding SLAs and communicate status Activation of Nokia Incident Manager, for Major Incidents FLM dispatching Team is organized as a NOC working in close connection with End Customer and acting as their point of contact, has a reactive and proactive role
