Cloud and Network Services
Cloud and Network Services, include the existing Nokia Software business (excluding Mobile Networks network management), Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its current Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Fault management/configuration of Core , PACO network Working experience on 5G core is preferred. Fault management/configuration VoLTE network,SDM,Cloud or legacy switches and IP networks Working knowledge about Nokia Cloud platform and applications. Hands on troubleshooting experience within VoLTE network. Hands on troubleshooting experience within CS Core and VoLTE network. Working Knowledge of Core CS: NOKIA legacy, E///, Mavenir, Oracle, Mobilium CORE PS: E/// and Samsung VoPS: E/// , COMVAULT and HP IP: Sandvine, Cisco, HP, etc Trouble Ticket handling Working on GSM MAP, SMPP, SIP, Diameter, SS7 and SIGTRAN (SCTP, M2PA, M3UA), SCCP, TCAP, ISUP, SNMP and HTTP Working Knowledge of IP Routing and forwarding ( BGP, ISIS, OSFP etc). Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLA Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / system Able to engage customers on technical front and contain escalations on ground level Exposure to 4G VOLTE & LTE ,5G network with call flow and protocols used. Troubleshooting Diameter signaling and protocol stack Bridge handling, Bridge ethics with Very good communication skills.
Job involves : TT Handling, Troubleshooting, reports, support FO, Support field teams, escalate situations outsider FO, support AM in case of load, SPOC 24/7 to FO or network issues, join emergency bridges, activate IM, make sure shift is running ok, ensure critical and major issues are having proper attention, correlate issues cross Tech, support CM OoO, support AM in overload, managed mailbox, ensure quality deliver of AM scope on 24/7, etc
