As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you will support our trade marketing team in developing and implementing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales through our distribution channels. You'll assist with promotional activities, handle trade assets, and help coordinate campaigns that strengthen relationship with our retail partners.

You will be one of the key drivers behind our continued growth and success. With our dedication to innovation, you will seek out, develop, and help implement business reports and insight to improve efficiency and productivity. From researching dynamic systems solutions to evaluating their impact, you are a detailed planner, communicator, and project manager. Responsibilities of the role

Support the execution of trade marketing activities including in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materialsDevelop and maintain promotional calendars for key retail accountsBuild and distribute sell sheets, product information, and marketing assets to sales teamsCollaborate with brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all trade channelsSupervise inventory levels of promotional materials and coordinate timely replenishmentAssist in budget tracking and expense reporting for trade marketing initiativesCollect and analyze competitor information in retail environmentsSupport the development of retail-specific promotions that drive sell-throughCoordinate sample distribution to key retail partnersAssist in planning and driving trade show presence, including booth design and materials

How success looks like

Deliver report and complete the task on time with quality and meet expectationClose loop on an issue within the timelineAble to suggest and initiate process simplificationNo compliance and/or stewardship issues in the process

Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field0-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or sales (open for fresh grad)Strong communication and interpersonal/ social skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelBasic understanding of data analysis and reportingAbility to run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
