Senior Manager, Process Engineering (m/f/d)

Fulltime / permanent

What you can expect:

Lead, motivate and develop a team comprised of process engineers and or scientistLead technical workstreams of complex projects at the site level or at the global level to support process changes, process improvements, and/or large capital projects (Tier 1 and Tier 2)Collaborate with other engineers, as well as cross-functionally with individuals in multi-department teams to implement Process Engineering solutions and execute capital projects Work independently with other groups and communicate decisions to managerServe as Subject Matter Expert for process technologies; key contributor for project support and/or process supportAct as SME to assume responsibility for the performance of key plant unit operations with a focus on continuous improvement and process developmentEnsure that customer expectations are met for business KPIs and work prioritiesSupport on-time closure of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, MRFs and regulatory commitments. Supports large complex projects locally and/or globallyLead cross-functional teams to support long-term improvement initiatives and/or capital projects. Supports Global engineering and Value Streams as process engineering SMEInvolvement in cross-functional, multicultural and international teams

What you bring:

University degree in engineering or natural science7+ years’  working in Process Engineering in Pharmaceutical, Chemical Manufacturing or similar industryDirect experience with regulated environments (i.e. cGMP, OSHA, EPA) required, with direct experience supporting biannual or pre-approval inspections preferredExperience with Plasma-based productsDemonstrated experience in process improvement development & executionStrong communication and conflict management skills to influence project professionals and stakeholders, including non‐specialists, at all levels in the organizationAbility to manage competing priorities and agendasExcellent stakeholder focus and collaborative mindset, ability to inspire othersExcellent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills would be a plus
