Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.   Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Global MSAT Lifecycle Management Team. This internship will provide an opportunity to work closely with project leaders and core teams on critical projects aimed at streamlining technical operations, creating network gap assessments, and deploying advanced engineering solutions. The intern will assist in the execution of project strategies, risk assessments, change controls, and the development of business cases, contributing to the overall advancement of our advanced therapy products. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in developing engineering solutions for + Assist in developing project implementation strategies and ensure alignment across functions + Assist in network gap assessment of material related solutions + Evaluate financial and operational business cases under the guidance of the project team Notes: The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25/ hr, Junior $26/ hr, Senior $28/ hr, Master’s degree $33/hr. **Qualifications** Qualifications: + Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, MD, Chemistry or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of the internship assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, Master’s, or PhD degree or equivalent experience. + Students must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future. + Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
