WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will directly report to the MSC Nike Stores Partner Team Sr. Manager based in Seoul, Korea. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with various internal business functions, including MPU (Marketplace Unit), Logistics, DSM (Demand & Supply Management), and Finance, to provide information for business decision making through related meetings. You will also communicate and be in close contact with Partners, actively supporting their requests, and providing them with the solutions they need, helping them grow their business with qualified services.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an MSC Process Analyst who will provide appropriate and accurate data for internal and external stakeholders in the MSC team and to be responsible for highlighting risks and opportunities. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with partners & channel contacts and internal cross functional teams through report interpretation, tools, and email.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field is strongly preferred and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.Capabilities in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with DataAbility to communicate effectively, actively, and cross-functionally to ensure a thorough understanding of business plans, consumer needs, and a competitive landscapeAbility to manage and lead through ambiguity with balancing multiple deadlines and prioritiesProblem solving and storytelling through critical thinking and factsExperience with SAP and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applicationsFluency in English & Korean with multi-tasking skillsWHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As one of members in MSC Wholesale Nike Stores Partner team, you will be responsible for the orderbook health and integrity for Nike’s Strategic & key partners by providing premium order management services that are in line with APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America)’s services strategies. On any given day, you might be in direct communication with our partners and play an active role in identifying complex topics and utilizing operational knowledge and skills to navigate solutions on behalf of our partners on the end-to-end operation flow.
