JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* ​​Perform Systems, Structures, Zonal and/or Lightning & HIRF MSG-3 analysis to create
scheduled maintenance requirements;
* Work with the Technical Publications department and engineering teams to support the
creation of Maintenance Manuals (AMM, FIM, SRM, CMM and others);
* Review the aircraft maintenance requirements and procedures ensuring completeness
and accuracy;
* Interface with design engineering and suppliers to discuss maintenance requirements
and procedures;​

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* ​​B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred
* Aerospace background
* Understands systems architectures, system failures, failure modes and effects, aircraft
structures concepts;
* Familiar with Reliability Centered Maintenance concept and processes;
* Knowledge of the ATA MSG-3 methodology and the Maintenance Review Board (MRB)
or Maintenance Type Board (MTB) processes (S4000P may also be acceptable);
* 10+ years experience creating MSG-3 analysis for aircraft (Part 25 or Part 23);
* Experience creating, supporting and/or validating aircraft maintenance tasks procedures;
* Experience using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for application into Maintenance
analysis;
