We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to serve as the technical lead for a diverse infrastructure environment. The role spans Windows systems, Nutanix virtualization, Linux (RHEL), and enterprise storage. The successful candidate will provide hands-on support, coordinate team tasks, and ensure reliable delivery of IT services in a fast-paced, complex environment. 

Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Windows Server environments (AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, file/print services, etc.). Administer and optimize Nutanix clusters including VM lifecycle, resource allocation, patching, and performance tuning. Support and maintain RHEL servers; manage packages, services, and security baselines. Install, terminate, label, and test fiber and twisted-pair cabling with adherence to TIA/EIA standards. Prioritize and assign tickets, monitor progress, and ensure SLAs are met. Facilitate team stand-ups, planning meetings, and technical reviews. Act as escalation point for complex incidents and root-cause analysis. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company and agency policies, and regulatory requirements. Partner with network, security, and other teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services. Create and maintain thorough documentation of plans, system configurations, and operational processes and procedures.
