MSIS Adjunct Assistant Professor

Job Description

The Department of Health Sciences in the School of Health Professions invites applications for the position of an Adjunct Faculty position to assist with the development and implementation of courses in the M.S. in Imaging Sciences.  This position will begin as soon as possible, and will be responsible for teaching courses in the Spring and Fall semesters.

 

Primary Responsibilities include:

In conjunction with Departmental leadership, develop course content for the Master of Science in Imaging Sciences program. Develop online course modules, including lectures, study materials, and assessments. Develop core curriculum outlines and work with faculty to identify key roles. Collaborate with program leadership to develop comprehensive examination materials. Create program and course learning objectives aligned with the mission of the program, school and UT Health San Antonio. Other duties as assigned related to the MSIS.  

 

Faculty may also engage in collaborative scholarly activities. In addition, the successful candidate will participate in community, professional, and university service activities, as appropriate. This is an adjunct position and reports to the Program Director of the Master of Science in Imaging Sciences.
