The MSL/CML Director is responsible for leading a MSL/CML team in providing scientific, research, and educational support to health care professionals and other key stakeholders. The MSL/CML Director is responsible for providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current health care compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Lead, manage, develop, and coach the MSL/CML teamOptimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to KOL/HCP interactionsWork with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights, and KOL/HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategyOversee territory plan of action, skills training, and congress coordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, special projects, and strategy development to support medical goals and objectives
