Position Overview: Seeking an individual with training and experience in child and adult psychiatry to implement Multisystemic Therapy-Psychiatric.  MST-Psychiatric is designed to treat youths between the ages of 9 and 17 years old, at risk of out-of-home placement and co-occurring mental health symptoms such as thought disorder, bipolar affective disorder, depression, anxiety, impulsivity and substance use/abuse. MST-Psychiatric is designed to be utilized to help youths avoid placement in juvenile justice and/or mental health treatment facilities.

Duties include assisting therapists in obtaining clinical outcomes with families, maintaining safety, diagnosing and treating adults and children with significant mental health problems, and providing home-based assessments when needed. The Psychiatrist will function as part of a MST-Psychiatric team and will participate in weekly team supervision and/or consultation.

Position Qualifications:

M.D. or D. O., board certification or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Schedule:  In person - Max of 10 HOURS A WEEK
