We are inviting applications for the role of MT, Claims
In this role you will be responsible for adjust and authorize claim settlements and fees within designated individual authority limits. Provide a prompt and responsive service to clients and brokers and work closely with, whilst monitoring the performance of, external service providers and raise any issue which may occur to ensure data is accurate.
Responsibilities
• Pharma Industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in managing daily operation of ‘Claims, Deductions or Dispute Management’ and knowledge of its upstream and downstream.
• End to end knowledge of OTC and it’s relation with Claims/Deductions.
• Thorough knowledge of different type of Claims request.
• Ability to identify important factors/causes associated with Claims/Deductions.
• Candidate must have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Ability to communicate technical problems to the appropriate IT staff for system functionality issues and resolution.
• Identify and resolve Customer/Client Queries and build strategy to drive desired goal.
• Provide RCA’s and Controls for any miss in the defined process.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
• Ability to think strategically and take appropriate decisions.
• Should be flexible with shift time and ready to work in 24x7 environments.
• Ability to build customer relationship and drive confidence.
• Should have good communication skills (Verbal Written).
• Should possess strong problem solving, critical and analytical decision-making skills.
• Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Preference to be given if candidates have hand-on experience in SAP and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Should be able to work on strict timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent formal education qualification
Preferred qualifications
• Relevant related experience
• Completion / progress towards recognized Industry qualification e.g. ACII
