The intern will gain practical experience while collaborating with different teams to optimize operations. **Requirements:** + Current student in 6th semester or higher in Industrial Management Engineering (IMA), Industrial Engineering (IME), Mechanical Engineering (IM), or a related field. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (Inventor or SolidWorks). + Strong interest in the manufacturing of components within the refrigeration industry. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Document and update work procedures and standards. 2. Generate and track requisitions for the purchase of tools and equipment necessary for production lines. 3. Collaborate in identifying and analyzing areas of opportunity within manufacturing processes. 4. Participate in projects focused on waste reduction. 5. Collect and analyze data for process improvement initiatives. 6. Assist in the replacement, development, and fabrication of tooling (interaction with suppliers). 7. Monitor efficiency indicators for manufacturing equipment (OEE). 8.
