JOB SUMMARY

The MT Plan Reporting Analytics Delivery Manager is responsible for the expansion of analytics reporting and driving capability improvements to turn data into impactful business insights. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of analytics to support KPI reporting delivery. In addition, he / she will define deploy analytics delivery strategy roadmap and will be supporting the development of new capabilities requiring advanced technologies in the analytics area.

The manager will be the point of contact to develop and deploy new metrics / KPI’s and to assure business alignment and adoption of these standards. He / she ensures reliable KPI reporting, leads the further expansion of analytic reporting, and acts as a gatekeeper for report / dashboard creation.

The manager will work closely aligned with the Enterprise team, the Digital team, and the Global Planning Process Leaders to make sure KPI’s are driving the right business performance. The leader will drive operational efficiencies and initiate transformational projects when needed. He / she will successfully guide the organization through these changes while ensuring effective execution of the current processes.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

· Lead the analytics delivery team, and manage all activities to assure that MedTech reporting requirements are supported

· Define deploy analytics delivery strategy roadmap.

· Proven experience in leading teams to provide business insights from the analysis of complex data.

· Ability to clearly define business problems and demonstrate ability to own and deliver projects that deliver real business value

· Define / lead transformational projects to improve KPI delivery and business insights.

· Deliver analytics in the following supply chain focus areas, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), Demand Forecasting, Supply Network Planning, Inventory management, Production Planning and Distribution

· Collaborate and influence with cross-functional stakeholders to develop our strategic target state data infrastructure and organization

· Work Connect influence supply chain analytical stakeholders to drive the integration of data analytics into the End-to-End Supply Chain Processes.

· Help in identifying the right partners, process and technology capabilities that are needed to drive increased data and analytics maturity

· Help the organization in assessing opportunities to drive operational efficiencies in analytics reporting (adopting new technologies)

· Support in development of specific analytics solutions for deployment by global process leaders and other partners.

· Proven track record of being able to deliver insight with the ability to visualize and explain analysis or a model to a target audience.

· Timely publication of performance dashboards, including business insights towards senior management.

· Maintain an in-depth business relation with the key stakeholders.

· Provide in depth analysis / insights for decision-making in key business functions.

· Balance a hands-on approach with the ability to work through others to deliver rapid, high quality analysis on a broad range of topics.

· Drive change in business processes by using analytics in partnership with cross-functional supply chain teams. Uses process mapping, analytical quantitative methods to understand, predict enhance supply chain performance.

· Support in deploying strategy to improve operational effectiveness within analytics.

· Co-create specific analysis / insights for decision-making in key functions with core team

· Engage in governance discussion with key partners on a regular basis

· Drive operational efficiencies within his / her area

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

· Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience required.

· Experience working within a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a highly matrix environment is required.

· Experience delivering analytics in the following supply chain focus areas: Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), Demand Forecasting, Supply Network Planning, Inventory management, Production Planning and Distribution

· Experience with data (acquisition) platforms, Data analytics, and visualization platform delivery (SQL, Azure, Tableau, Qlik, R, Phyton, Java etc.) is required.

· Experience working on Insight and Fidelity data reporting platforms.

· Bachelor’s Degree required with preference in Supply Chain, Operational Research, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent/Advanced degree/MBA preferred.

· PMP, FPX SME, lean / 6S Black Belt or equivalent certifications preferred.

· APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM) preferred.

· Other certifications in areas of expertise desirable.

· Project and Program management experience preferred.

· Knowledge in Supply Chain KPI reporting, and SC metrics preferred.

· Experience with Planning Systems (e.g., SAP APO, OMP ) and/or ERP (JDE, SAP ECC) is preferred

· Experience with global and virtual teams is highly preferred

· Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Consumer Products industry preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

· Strategic thinking – ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that realizes functional and company goals.

· Good communication skills with the ability to adjust to the audience (business vs. technical, professionals vs. leadership) are required

· Ability to effectively lead projects, multiple priorities, and timelines.

· Ability to translate complex topics into simple, workable solutions required

RESPONSIBILITY FOR OTHERS INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

· A team of data analysts and business analysts will report to this position

· The Delivery manager will report to the MT Reporting Analytics Lead.

Location and Travel requirements

· Primary location are NJ, US; Cork, Ireland; Brussels, Belgium; Pune, India.

· Position may require an average 20% of travel
