主要職責設備維護與故障排除根據標準作業程序（SOP）執行設備故障排除與維修工作，以確保設備正常運作與良率。生產支援與緊急應變
輪班期間即時支援設備異常問題，並與製程工程師合作提升製程穩定性。參與設備搬入/搬出、移機與安裝作業，確保現場安全與製程符合規範。收集並分析設備參數、故障紀錄與維修歷史，提出改善建議（如FDC、監控等）。協助新設備與新製程導入，參與試產與驗證作業。定期撰寫維修報告、故障分析報告與交接班紀錄。職位要求與技能電機、機械、材料、電子工程或相關科系學士以上學歷。熟悉基本電路、氣壓、真空與機械原理。能閱讀英文技術文件與操作手冊。熟悉 Excel、PowerPoint、Word 等基本辦公軟體操作。願意輪班做四休三(二)與假日值勤。願意接受無塵室工作環境具良好溝通能力與團隊合作精神。積極主動、抗壓性高，具備良好的問題解決能力。About Micron Technology, Inc.
