Responsibilities and Tasks

Follow manufacturing assignments to arrange training and certification for MFG operator, and assign learning item and give certification record on time.Provide training related support for MFG operator/leader/supervisor.Collaborate with manufacturing team and subject matter expert to set up and maintain the training goal and training progress.Collaborate with the SME and MFG to train or fan out the update content of revised SOP with training requirement, to ensure that MFG operators have understand the latest version and update the operation practice.Observe and feedback training related issue to MFG leadership to improve the training effectiveness and proper job assignment.Complete weekly internal training report and feedback issues on time.Maintain training material and attend discussion of SOP changePerform the production line compliance validation to make sure that all operator have been certificated and followed SOP.Distribution for the safety and compliance work environment.
