As Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Member Technical Staff at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with a team of other process and equipment engineers as well as process integration team, responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing detection to improve product yield, quality, and cost. This position will identify, diagnose and resolve detection gaps, as well as innovating yield improvement strategy. Responsibilities include working closely with central team, TD, and even suppliers, to achieve Inline Visibility and Inline Control for Detection enablement and IDL/DB improvement. This position is responsible in setting up a Detection performance, Defect reduction strategy and RDA supplier engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Establish Detection to have 100% Inline visibility and Inline control

• Improve Detection strategy, system, and methods to continuously strengthen detection performance.

• Enhance Detection capability and strategy to enable Yield improvement, improve Cycle of Learning and strengthen Defense Line.

•Provide tactical support to the Fab on Defect related issues that impact Yield, Quality, and Device Performance.

•Understand short-term and long-term goals within Central Teams and the Fabs and how they relate to company goals. Assist in driving alignment on Defects and Yield related goals across the Fabs using common methods and metrics. Prioritize and align RDA/Metro area goals with counterparts’ goals across sites

• Facilitate and drive global peer groups (cRAM and TD) to ensure alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives

• Set Business Process to handle your area(s) of responsibility to meet the expectations of programs and business processes and adhere to the standards required by those programs and processes.

• Actively provide recommendations to improve and optimize programs and processes to the respective program and/or process owners.

• Handle projects with proper Project Management process with metric to track project success.

• Initiate, develop, drive and support strategies that not only benefit one site, but Micron network as a whole.

Requirements :

• Masters/Bachelors in Engineering

• Relevant working experiences in RDA

•Proven capability of dealing with complexity and an ability to utilize resources effectively to bring clarity to require actions.

•Demonstrated the ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups, both within and outside the department

•Good English skills and the ability to lead and coordinate global teams across cultures and time zones. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with or at other sites.

• Good communication skill, maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and appropriate team members in other functional areas such as Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management, and Purchasing.
