Mulesoft Architect

This role is fully remote, and can sit anywhere in the US.

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology practice, seeking a motivated MuleSoft Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of MuleSoft's Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform. The role is a significant position that involves working with customers and other stakeholders by developing and implementing solutions in a complex, highly dynamic environment.

What you will be doing: 

Work with government stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement complex integrations  Design, build, and maintain integrations for on-prem and cloud systems Provide LOE for integrations from information provided by government stakeholders Develop quality software and web applications  Analyze and maintain existing software applications  Design highly scalable, testable code  Discover and fix programming bugs Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences Develop a strong understanding of client mission, organization, and technology landscape to better understand how ICF can most effectively identify and address enterprise needs 

What you must have: 

Bachelor's degree in technology-related field or business administration. Must be able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance per Federal contract requirements Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to Federal contract requirements. Must reside in the continental United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply 8+ years of experience in systems architecture and development of application integration solutions  3+ years of MuleSoft Anypoint (On-Premise and iPaaS).  8+ years in designing integration solutions using various approaches such as Microservices, messaging, queuing, API management and patterns, etc. 5+ years Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and tools  8+ years knowledge of standards and best practices in scope of both: designing architecture of EAI solutions and software development  Must have MuleSoft certifications 

What we'd like you to have 

Previous Experience Upgrading applications from Mule 3.x to 4.x. Previous Experience migrating applications from On-Premise to GovCloud. Experience in a government environment. Comfortable with Agile development practices. Able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.  Work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in a client interaction context.  Business acumen.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$102,285.00 - $173,884.00
