Multi Asset Execution Trader

Summary:

Seeking an individual with a minimum of three years' experience in a market execution role for the Multi-Asset and Risk-Balanced investment teams. Multi-Asset experience is a plus. This role focuses on trade execution across a diverse range of asset types and securities, as well as facilitating information flow to portfolio managers. The trader will be an integral part of the teams’ investment processes, specializing in the timely communication of market moves and sell-side research. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior Multi-Asset and Risk-Balanced team  portfolio managers operating in a macro hedge fund-like environment.

Responsibilities:

Execution:

Efficiently execute and manage derivative trades across diverse asset classes and security types, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and currencies.Analyze performance of derivative products ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives.Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and refine trading strategies.Act as a point of contact for trading-related inquiries and resolve any trading-related issues promptly.Conduct pre- and post-trade analytics and ensure accurate trade reconciliation.

Market Intelligence:

Build and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties to gather up-to-the-moment market color and insights.Actively engage with partners to ensure a continuous flow of valuable information, positioning our team as a trusted partner.Monitoring and analysis of global financial markets, economic indicators, news, and geopolitical events to identify trading opportunities and assess market risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. (MBA or advanced designation preferred)Minimal of three years of experience in trade execution across diverse asset classes.Strong work ethic and attention to detail; a precision and risk management mindset that results in accurate and compliant work.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, market-driven trading floor environment under the stress of high volume and tight deadlines.Capacity to diagnose, recommend, resolve, and implement process improvements.
