Primary Function
As the multi-craft Maintenance Technician, you will support both product and facility needs and ensure a safe work environment for associates. Work is performed under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintenance Technicians looking for a long-term commitment and growth potential are encouraged to apply. What We Offer
Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (overtime as needed on Saturdays) 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (overtime as needed on Saturdays) and 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10 pm - 6:30 am (overtime as needed on Fridays)
Hourly Rate of Pay: Starting at $30-$34/hr. depending on experience
Sign On Bonus: $1500 ($500 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 12 months. Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for molding and auxiliary equipment Maintain auxiliary equipment including mold temperature controllers, material dryers, compressors, conveyors and material loaders Maintain building safety and appearance including painting, utilities and ventilation Maintain building plumbing including waste and process plumbing Assemble and install new equipment Fabricate parts from drawings or measurements Assist in recordkeeping and documentation required by our Maintenance Management System Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe functional maintenance work area
Qualifications
5 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred HS Diploma or GED required Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Experience with industrial electricity, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Experience with injection molding machines and tooling is preferred Machining experience, especially on a CNC machine, is preferred PLC & Drive troubleshooting and programming is a plus Electrical, Welding, Plumbing, or other certifications/licenses are a plus
