Job description

Team Members must demonstrate core skills which include understanding Company safety policies, housekeeping standards, statistical process control, following verbal and written instructions, knowing the product line and manufacturing standards, and the essential duties for an assigned workstation.

Shift: 3pm-11pm OR 11pm-7am

Compensation: $25.12-$30.77, depending on the level of experience

Job Location: Little Rock, AR

Position:

The employee has shown leadership, maintained an excellent attendance and Safety record, work ethic, & attitude. Employee demonstrates good communication and teaching skills and can interact with contractors, management, and fellow workers. Employee has demonstrated competence in the core skills and the essential duties of three maintenance crafts: Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics.

Essential Duties:

Support Maintenance activities in absence of supervision. Assist in employee training and complete assigned training. Assist in Inventory, spare part specifications, and tracking of used parts Assist with routine preventative maintenance planning and complete PM task as assigned Ability to assist with major maintenance and capital projects planning, design & implementation Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic (PLC) problems and make the needed repairs.
