Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment breakdowns involving mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery. The technician will inspect and assess the functionality of production machines, analyze failures or equipment technical loss causes, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment. Ensuring compliance with appropriate safety policies and procedures is essential.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair complex equipment breakdowns involving mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery.Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.Analyze failures or equipment technical loss causes.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment.Ensure compliance with appropriate safety policies and procedures.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years directly related work experience in hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications or work instructions.Knowledge and experience with industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics in a manufacturing environment.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (i.e., SAP or Maximo).Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in the automotive industry.Experience changing out bearings and Siemens system education and/or experience.HVAC experience.Experience with robotics (ABB) and automated manufacturing.Experience with pumping system maintenance.Experience with conveyor system maintenance.Available to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.In lieu of work experience, military experience in a technical field or an Associate’s degree in a technical field will be considered.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00
