Description:You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Long Range Strike Systems operations team in Troy, AL. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality products on time, while controlling costs and meeting program objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team and overseeing day-to-day operations, including quality, performance, and schedule. You will develop and execute strategies to ensure on-time deliveries, meet engineering and quality requirements, and control costs.

- Developing and executing strategies to meet program objectives
- Providing direction to exempt and non-exempt personnel
- Manpower planning, employee selection, training, and evaluation
- Interface with senior management, government and military officials, vendors, and suppliers

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior demonstrated full spectrum leadership characteristics, experience and success in leading teams, managing operations/events, proven capability to manage budgets and schedules, excellent communication skills with presentation to various size groups, and proficient use of computing resources including MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and must have an interim secret clearance prior to starting.
**Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
