**What You Will Be Doing**
The Multi\-Function Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager oversees manufacturing planning, material management, and production support to ensure efficient MRP transactions, inventory optimization, and production scheduling\. This role drives process improvements, maintains system integrity, and leads a team responsible for Make, Buy, and BOM Planning, warehousing, and shipping\. Additionally, the manager handles talent development, performance evaluations, and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within a fast\-paced aerospace manufacturing environment\.
**Key Responsibilities**
\- Oversee Manufacturing Resource Planning \(MRP\) transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production processes\.
\- Manage Make, Buy, and Bill of Material \(BOM\) Planning, as well as Master Production Scheduling \(MPS\), warehousing, and shipping operations\.
\- Optimize inventory management to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency\.
\- Ensure production system integrity while driving continuous improvement initiatives\.
\- Lead and develop a team, including recruitment, training, performance assessments, and work assignments\.
\- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align manufacturing planning strategies with business objectives\.
\- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancements\.
\- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to manufacturing planning and material management\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree with 7 years of professional experience, 4 years of professional experience with a Masters degree, or 10 years experience without a Bachelors degree
Experience working with minimal Oversight
Experience with SAP, SFM, and QAD's

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
